Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Keyrilo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using Keyrilo

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and have authority to provide property, tenant, payment, and contact information submitted to Keyrilo.

Payments and third-party services

Payment, banking, and email services may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Fees, reversals, disputes, processing times, and availability may depend on those providers.

A tenant may separately opt in to AutoPay after reviewing the rent amount, timing, assigned payer, agreement dates, and any scheduled increase shown in the tenant portal. That authorization applies only to the displayed terms and to the tenant’s selected primary and optional backup payment methods. If an authorized rent term changes or a new charge is added, AutoPay pauses until the tenant reviews and approves the new terms. A tenant can turn AutoPay off for future charges at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access data without authorization, send unlawful or deceptive communications, or use Keyrilo to violate housing, privacy, consumer-protection, or financial laws.

Tenant access and lease records

Property managers are responsible for adding the correct tenant email, unit, rent schedule, and signed lease. Accepting an email invitation grants account access to those records; it does not sign a lease, change the lease, or automatically authorize future payments. The signed PDF remains the authoritative lease.

Service availability

We work to keep Keyrilo reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change as the product develops.
